Returning a Product
Computer Memory Outlet offers a 30 day money back guarantee on any product from the date of invoicing. No questions asked. We are unable to accept product returns that are not in the original condition. Returns submitted after 30 days of original invoicing will not be able to be accepted.
If you wish to return your product for refund and it is within 30 days of the original invoice, please email our technical support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you with your RMA # and additional instructions for submitting your product return. This RMA # MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns not clearly marked with a valid RMA # will be refused for security purposes.
Do NOT use a standard envelope when mailing your memory back to us as the memory can be damaged by the mail sorting machines. Choose a shipping method that requires our signature to ensure your package is delivered. Refunds cannot be given for products returned that are damaged. Damaged product can only be replaced according to our warranty policy.
