1. What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

2. When can I expect my order to arrive?

We process and ship orders Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (cst). Orders submitted after 11:00 a.m. (cst) Monday - Thursday may not process and ship until the following business day. Orders submitted Saturday, Sunday, and Friday (after 11:00 a.m) will not process and ship until the following business day (typically Monday unless Monday falls on a national holiday). You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number when your order has shipped from our warehouse. Shipping delivery time estimates are based on when your product has left our warehouse.

3. Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

We are based out of the Lone Star State, so we are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipping to Texas. Everyone else gets to avoid the taxman - just on this order!

4. What are your shipping options?

We currently offer "Super Saver" Ground, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day - PM Delivery, and UPS Overnight - PM Delivery. For more information on shipping visit our Shipping Information & Rates page.

5. Is ordering online safe and secure?

Your credit card information is sent to us securely using the same industry standard encryption technology used by other leading online stores so you have be assured your information is safe and secure.

Fraud Protection

We take security very seriously in order to protect our customers and ourselves from fraudulent purchases. We verify billing addresses, shipping addresses, and phone numbers on every order we accept. If there is a problem verifying any information one of our team members will try to contact you for further verification. If we are unable to verify your order information we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. We are constantly improving our ways of identifying fraudulent orders and will report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities.

6. How do I change or cancel my order?

It is our commitment to you to get your products to you as fast as possible. Because of this we are unable to change an order once the order has been placed. If you would like to cancel and order please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse.

7. How do I return a product?

We hope you never need to return a product, but there might be a time when you will. Please visit our Return Policy page for additional information.

8. How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by going to the Account page at the top of every page. You will be asked to enter your email address and password you used when submitting your order. After logging in, you will see your previous order history and the status for each order.

9. Do you have my product in stock?

We make every effort to keep all memory modules in stock, but on occasion will run out of stock. Each product page will note our if the product is in stock or out of stock and when we are typically able to get that product back in stock and available for shippping.
